Having so many diet options makes it tricky to know which of them to trust. For that reason, The Partnership for Healthy weight control has developed the “Voluntary Guiding principles for Providers of weight reduction Products or Services.” The mission for these guiding principles is to “promote sound steering to the common public on secrets for achieving and maintaining a good weight.” According to the rules, effective weight control involves: Behaviour modification that includes:
