Patients should seek prompt medical attention if their erection lasts longer than 4 hours.

Who shouldn’t take Cialis?

Patients taking nitrates or alpha-blockers should consult their doctor before taking Cialis. Combining Cialis with these could significantly lower blood pressure and lead to fainting or even death in some men.
